Bank of Punjab, Servis Group, and Fauree have launched a Digital Supplier and Distributor Finance program, extending structured credit across both the upstream and downstream segments of Servis’s supply chain through Fauree’s national digital platform. The initiative represents one of the most comprehensive supply chain finance arrangements deployed in Pakistan to date.
Unlike conventional supply chain finance programs that focus on a single segment of the value chain, this collaboration covers the full ecosystem. Suppliers receive financing against confirmed invoices to support raw material procurement and production cycles, while distributors gain access to credit that enables them to maintain healthy inventory levels and respond to consumer demand. Both flows are managed through Fauree’s unified digital platform.
The program establishes Bank of Punjab as Servis Group’s anchor financing institution across its full supply chain — a significant strategic positioning for the bank as it deepens its corporate banking footprint nationally. By financing both ends of the value chain, Bank of Punjab gains visibility into a complete commercial ecosystem and builds long-term lending relationships with hundreds of SMEs operating within it.
