Strategy & Investment Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Analyst to join our Strategy & Investments team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business strategies, conducting market research, preparing investor materials, building financial models, and supporting strategic initiatives across fintech, digital banking, lending, payments, and investment projects.

This position offers exposure to senior management, investors, financial institutions, regulators, and strategic partners while working on high-impact projects in Pakistan and international markets.

Strategic Analysis & Research

• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to support strategic decision-
• Prepare white papers, strategic reports, and business
• Analyze emerging trends in fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, and financial
• Support business expansion and new market entry

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, revenue forecasts, and investment
• Conduct valuation analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario
• Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint

Investor & Board Materials

• Prepare professional pitch decks, board papers, investor presentations, and executive
• Support fundraising activities and investor engagement
• Assist in the preparation of information memorandums and transaction

Project Management

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track and execute strategic
• Assist management in the execution of high-priority projects and prepare implementation

Data Analytics

• Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable business
• Monitor key business and financial KPIs through dashboards and performance

Corporate Development

• Support the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic
• Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and market
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors on deal structuring and transaction
• Track and manage the pipeline of corporate development opportunities and strategic

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
• CFA, ACCA, CA, or FRM qualification is

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or fintech.

Technical Skills

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation
• Strong ability to prepare investor-grade pitch decks and strategic
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
• Experience developing business plans, white papers, and strategic
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an

Professional Skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
