At Fauree, we work closely with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise clients to digitize SME, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), and Agri-finance programs. We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who brings strong banking and credit experience and can own client relationships while ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned bank and financial institution partners.
• Manage client onboarding, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live execution.
• Translate bank credit and product requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
• Support bank teams in transaction execution and pipeline development , business conversion and portfolio relationship management
• Facilitate joint client calls, trainings, and enablement sessions.
• Track and report approvals, disbursements, and utilization metrics.
• Coordinate closely with internal product, technology, and operations teams.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve client and execution issues.
• Support regulatory, audit, and SBP-related coordination when required.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years | Full-time
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience, preferably in:
SME or Corporate Credit
Supply Chain Finance
Trade Finance or Risk
• Strong understanding of credit approval processes, limit structures, and documentation.
• Experience in banking product rollout and client engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
